• The Internet helps in the creation of "filter bubbles." We filter out everything that doesn't confirm our biases, creating a kind of parallel universe where like-minded people pass around memes that bolster our preconceptions and damn everything that doesn't jibe with them. A universe where everything else, everything that comes from outside my filter bubble, seems obviously biased, plainly a lie.
